What Shipping Methods Are Available for Orders within Nairobi and Kiambu?
For Delivery Locations Within Nairobi and Kiambu:
- In-house delivery service
- 3-party service providers on client request
- Shipping arrangements made by clients
- 3-party Courier services
- 3-Party Party Boda Boda Apps
Can i request Urgent Delivery?
Yes, for locally sourced items that are readily available at our warehouse. However, for items that aresought from overseas, urgent shipping is unavailable. Urgent shipping is done through 3rd party courier services at the total expense of the client.
What Are the Shipping Options Outside of Nairobi and Kiambu?
Deliveries outside Nairobi are made using Third-Party Courier services.
What is your Delivery Period?
All orders are Processed and availability confirmed working 24 working hours or less. Orders are dispatched and delivered within 24 working hours or less. Within 48 hours or less you should have your items, though delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances from time to time but the same shall be communicated in advance. Our shortest Delivery period has been as little as 2 hours.
What are the Shipping options for orders outside Kenya and Within East-Africa?
Shipping to East-African Countries is done through 3rd Party Courier Service of the clients choice, shipping is done at the clients cost.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?
No, You do not need to create an account. You can add to cart and proceed to checkout without an account
How do I track my Order?
Deliveries made by our in-house team are tracked by calling us. Deliveries Provided through thid-party services providers are tracked by contacting them directly
